Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and vinpk ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), accessible at https://vinpk.cam. vinpk is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform designed for Pakistani users.

By accessing, browsing, registering on or using any part of the vinpk platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" — the vinpk website, mobile interface and all associated services accessible at https://vinpk.cam.
• "Account" — a registered user profile created on the Platform following successful registration and identity verification.
• "User" / "you" — any individual who accesses, browses or registers on the Platform.
• "Services" — all gaming, betting, information, entertainment and support features made available by the Platform.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which account balances and transactions are displayed on the Platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and address verification required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, free spin or other non-cash incentive awarded to an Account, subject to specific terms.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" — any country, territory or region in which online gambling or use of this Platform is prohibited or requires a specific license not held by vinpk.
• "Intellectual Property" — all content, trademarks, logos, design elements and software associated with the Platform.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on vinpk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Age verification is mandatory. Providing false age information will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any associated balances.
• You must be registering as an individual in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party, business entity or group.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your jurisdiction permits use of this Platform.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently closed by vinpk or by any platform operated by the same underlying operator.
• You must be of sound mind and not acting under any form of compulsion, legal incapacity or court order that would prohibit you from entering into binding agreements.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. vinpk reserves the right to request verification documentation at any time.

Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

During registration you will be required to provide, at a minimum: a valid email address, a secure password and accurate personal details including full legal name, date of birth and residential address. Pakistani users may be asked to provide their CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) number for identity verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must notify vinpk immediately via the support email ([email protected]) if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. vinpk is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the User failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not use another person's Account, whether with or without their permission.
• Accounts registered using virtual private networks (VPNs) or anonymisation tools to circumvent geographic restrictions may be closed without notice.

Terms of Use

By using the Platform you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations, including those governing gambling, data protection, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage exploitation or coordinated bonus abuse with other Users or third parties.
• Employing automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to access, scrape or interact with the Platform in any unauthorised manner.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise gain access to the source code or proprietary algorithms of the Platform.
• Transmitting any virus, malware, Trojan or other harmful code via the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other Users or vinpk support staff in any communication channel.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime.

vinpk reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take any proportionate action it deems appropriate, including temporary Account suspension, permanent closure and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on vinpk are denominated and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform may reference familiar local payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as context only. These references do not constitute an endorsement of online gambling by any payment provider, nor do they confirm that any specific payment method is currently available in the cashier.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published in the Platform cashier at the time of the transaction. These amounts may be revised without prior notice.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until all applicable KYC documentation has been verified. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in the withdrawal being declined and the funds being returned to the Account balance.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. Figures quoted in any guide are indicative only and not guaranteed. Bank transfers via Pakistani institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah may take one to five business days.
• vinpk reserves the right to request the source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal where it is required to do so for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated by a User without prior written authorisation from vinpk are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and recovery action.
• All transactions are final once confirmed. vinpk is not liable for losses arising from erroneous transactions made by the User.

Bonuses & Promotions

vinpk may from time to time offer bonuses, welcome packages, reload promotions, free spins and other incentive programmes. Each bonus or promotional offer is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. Where a conflict arises between these general Terms and a bonus-specific term, the bonus-specific term shall prevail in respect of that bonus only.

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x).
• Bonuses may only be used in the game categories specified in the relevant promotion terms. Use of bonus funds in excluded categories will not count towards wagering requirements.
• vinpk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus where it reasonably suspects that the bonus has been claimed fraudulently, in conjunction with multiple accounts, or in breach of any promotional term.
• Any bonus figures referenced elsewhere on this Platform as illustrative examples (e.g., "up to PKR 25,000") are subject to the published terms of the applicable promotion and do not represent guaranteed values.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully completed.

Responsible Gambling

vinpk is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a suite of player protection tools that are accessible from within the Account settings area. These include:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly and monthly caps denominated in PKR.
• Loss limits — ceilings on net losses over any defined period.
• Session time reminders — on-screen alerts after user-defined play durations.
• Self-exclusion — voluntary temporary or permanent Account closure.
• Reality checks — periodic display of time elapsed and net position during a session.

Users who wish to self-exclude must contact support at [email protected] or use the self-exclusion tool in Account settings. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within a reasonable period and cannot be reversed during the agreed exclusion window.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials and intellectual property on the vinpk Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, button designs, data compilations and software — are the exclusive property of vinpk or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy or sell any part of the Platform or its content without express written authorisation.
• Use vinpk's trademarks, service marks, trade names or logos in any way that could cause confusion or that implies affiliation without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror the Platform on any other website or in any digital environment without written permission.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark law or other applicable legislation and will be pursued accordingly.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vinpk and its directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its Services.
• Any errors, omissions, interruptions, defects or delays in the Platform's operation or in any content provided.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account data, except where directly caused by vinpk's own negligence.
• Any third-party conduct, including the actions of other Users or payment service providers.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information or content published on the Platform, which is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by vinpk's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that applicable law does not permit such exclusion.

Account Suspension & Termination

vinpk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any platform-specific rules.
• Provision of false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage.
• Engagement in money laundering, fraud, bonus abuse, collusion or any other form of financial crime.
• Use of the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction, including circumvention via VPN or proxy services.
• Failure to complete required KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Instruction by a regulator, law enforcement authority or financial institution.

Where an Account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings derived from those bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money funds representing legitimate deposits (net of any applicable adjustments) will be returned following completion of any pending investigation.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction. vinpk does not represent that these Terms are governed by Pakistani law or that Pakistani courts have jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of the Platform.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage Users to first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. vinpk will make reasonable efforts to resolve any legitimate complaint within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Where informal resolution is not achievable, disputes shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the operator's license authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body will be provided on request.

Amendments to These Terms

vinpk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to the address associated with your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent revision took effect. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
